Quality and WHS runs the controlled document system, inspection program, incident and hazard reporting, chemical register and training records for both sites. It investigates defects and incidents, drives corrective actions, and prepares the business for client audits and ethical sourcing reviews.
What the team is accountable for
- Maintain policies, procedures, forms and the document register
- Inspect at cut, in-line and final stages and record results
- Investigate incidents, hazards and customer complaints
- Keep the hazardous chemicals register and safety data sheets current
- Run inductions, toolbox talks and the training matrix

Where the work is recorded
Quality Inspection Log
Records receiving, cut, in-line and final inspections and the disposition of any nonconforming product.
WHS Incident and Hazard Register
Records every injury, near miss, hazard, chemical event and property damage event with its investigation and corrective actions.
Tech Pack Register
Holds the product specification record for every style and controls which version Production is allowed to cut against.
