Runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet or phone. No installation, no plug-ins, no student accounts. Each package has its own address, for example bsb.caqa.com.

Link to the whole site, a scenario or a single document from Moodle, Canvas, aXcelerate, Cloud Assess, Blackboard or any LMS that can open a web link. A SCORM wrapper that launches the site and records completion can be supplied on request.

Student entries stay in the student's browser (local storage). Nothing is sent to CAQA or to any server, so no personal information is collected and no accounts are needed. Students print or export their evidence for submission.

Keyboard navigable, screen-reader labels on controls, reduced-motion support and a visible Motion toggle on every page.

All content, fictional entities, documents and software remain the intellectual property of CAQA. The RTO may print and adapt documents for its own delivery within the licence.

A private copy with the RTO's own business name, colours and logo can be produced on its own address.

Extra documents, scenarios, systems and staff roles can be added, and existing ones adjusted to match the RTO's assessment tools, industry partners or state requirements.

Students sign in with the login their RTO issues and choose the scenario their trainer has assigned. Each scenario states the role the student holds, the department and the documents and systems they will use, so a student works as a cutter, patternmaker, repair trainee or planner depending on the task.

Every record a student creates in a system is saved against their login and can be viewed, exported or printed by the assessor. The seed records stay visible so the student works in a populated workplace, and the assessor can tell student records from seed records by the author and date.

Yes. The reset control in the assessor panel removes all student-created records and returns the five systems, the inbox and the notices to the seed state. Student work is exported before reset so evidence is kept for the retention period your RTO requires.

Assessors can upload additional policies, forms or client briefs to the document library and attach them to a scenario. The controlled documents supplied with the site are versioned and can be replaced with your RTO's contextualised versions while keeping the same document codes.

The site is written for the current Textiles, Clothing and Footwear training package. Each scenario lists the units it was designed around and the qualifications it suits, from Certificate II through to the Advanced Diploma, covering apparel, textile products, textile design and footwear.

Each scenario gives the student a role, a context, tasks and deliverables, and gives the assessor notes on the evidence to look for. Use the deliverables as the evidence list in your assessment tool and map them to the performance evidence of the units in your own mapping document.
