Design Studio
The Design Studio turns client briefs into garment, textile and footwear designs. It researches trends and technical requirements, sketches and illustrates concepts, develops print and colour ranges, and prepares the design side of every tech pack before it moves to the Pattern Room.
Responsibilities
What the team is accountable for
- Interpret client briefs and present design concepts
- Develop prints, colourways and dye recipes with the print studio
- Draw technical flats and prepare design pages of tech packs
- Select fabrics and trims with Supply and Dispatch
- Evaluate samples against the brief before client approval
