Production
Production covers the cutting room, sewing floor, pressing and finishing at Brunswick. It plans daily output against work orders, lays up and cuts fabric, sews and finishes garments, and keeps machines, needles and pressing equipment safe and set up correctly for each style.
What the team is accountable for
- Plan and sequence work orders to meet delivery dates
- Lay up, mark and cut fabric to the approved marker
- Sew, press and finish garments to the tech pack
- Control needles, blades and sharps on the floor
- Record output, downtime and rework against each work order

Who works here
Dario Fontana
Dario manages the cutting room and sewing floor, joined seven years ago as a cutter, and plans daily output against the work order board.
Jae Park
Jae lays up and cuts on the straight knife and band knife, has worked in the cutting room for three years, and trains new cutting room staff.
Amina Yusuf
Amina sews plain, overlock and coverstitch operations on the uniform line, has been on the floor for eight years, and is the floor needle controller.

Tracks every production, sample and repair job from release through cutting, sewing, finishing and dispatch.
Quality Inspection Log
Records receiving, cut, in-line and final inspections and the disposition of any nonconforming product.
WHS Incident and Hazard Register
Records every injury, near miss, hazard, chemical event and property damage event with its investigation and corrective actions.
